Join us for our 2022 church picnic! A great opportunity to gather outdoors for fun, food & fellowship at LaRock Field in Sybertsville. Come ready to hang out and make new friends. But, also prepare to join us for sports and games, a brief time singing bilingual worship songs, and a family-style devotional following the meal. You can bring a comfy lawn-chair and your favorite beverages if you like. Also, please bring a side dish and/or dessert to share—we’ll grill up the main course for all! Not sure what to bring? Classic cookout fare is always a great option: Veggie platters, garden salads, pasta salad, deviled eggs, watermelon, cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans, mixed fruit salad, brownies, cookies, and so much more! So, sign up with the church office to reserve your spot today!
You’ll find the church picnic a casual, relaxed environment to bring the whole family. LaRock Field has playground equipment for the little ones and picnic tables under a shady pavilion for those who want to relax while the grills are heating up. There are public restrooms available. Depending on the year, we may keep it simple, or have a few organized games for those feeling competitive after the meal. There’s plenty of space and the neighboring sports fields are a perfect place to spread out and grab a group to play volleyball or soccer in the early evening. Feel free to bring your favorite gear.
