Join us as we gather weekly in our Corporate Prayer Meeting to pray for the needs of our congregation and the community. Our Corporate Prayer Meeting is an opportunity for all to come and share prayer concerns. We also hear about the needs of the body, and seek the Lord in united prayer together as a church.
Each week we open with a Scripture-based devotional & discussion time. We then focus on prayer for our church ministries, fellow churches and those who serve around the world. Finally, we pray for one another’s specific prayers & praises, including the needs of our brothers & sisters who are not able to join us. Come each week to follow the story of God’s work in answering our prayers. This is an important opportunity to participate in a crucial ministry of our church: “…for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.” Isaiah 56:7b
We have Corporate Prayer Meetings on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm at the church. Our Corporate Prayer schedule runs from May through October. (During the winter months, we pause for small-group prayer meetings instead.)
Our special Bilingual Corporate Prayer Meetings take place on the first Wednesday of each month. During this time, everyone gathers together in the Fellowship Hall for a special time of bilingual sharing & prayer. Many have commented that our bilingual prayer meetings are a particular joy. They enable us to connect with our brothers & sisters in Christ, regardless of language barrier. Translation is provided during our sharing time, and you may feel free to pray in either language.
On all other Wednesday evenings, our Spanish-language prayer group continues to meet in the Fellowship Hall, and our English-language prayer group meets in the Sanctuary. All are welcome!
Children’s Wednesday Night Classes are held in the Sunday school classrooms for preschool through high school aged children, during the prayer meeting.
Please contact the church office for more information, or to share a praise or prayer request.
